Here is how to perform that on Galaxy S10, S10E, and S10 Plus:
- Press and hold Volume Down and Power buttons for ten seconds until the Android logo pops up
- Choose Normal Boot when the Maintenance Boot Menu appears – in case the menu doesn’t open, allow the smartphone to restart as usual
Alternatively, you can turn off your Samsung Galaxy S10 device and let it off for at least 30 seconds. Then, restart it and see if Google Maps behaves as usual.
Close background apps
