2. Reset your Router

4. Reinstall the Game
- Click on Start > Type Control Panel and click on it.
- Next, click on Uninstall a program.
- Here you have to select and Uninstall the Final Fantasy XIV game.

- Once done, reboot your PC.
- Finally, head over to the game client or official website in order to download and reinstall it.
5. Disable Windows Firewall
Make sure to turn off the Windows Firewall protection on your Windows PC/Laptop in order to run the game properly. Some times the Firewall program can block the game or client to fetch server online. Alternatively, you can try to add an exclusion of the game and client to the Firewall to bypass the program easily.
